Holiday Information for you

Arrival

The official time for arrivals is between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m.. Nevertheless, you can already check in at the reception of our Moin! Hotel, Steinmarner Str. 83-89, in the morning. We guarantee that the flat will be ready for take over by 2:00 p.m.. Just give us a short information if you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. Our hotel has a 24 hrs key box which can be opened by means of a numerical code.

Departure

On the day of departure you are requested to leave the flat until 10:00 a.m..

Payment

One week after receiving our booking confirmation, a deposit of approx. 30 % of the total amount (at least 50.00 €). is due. As to the remaining sum, you can either transfer it before you start your trip or pay it upon arrival at the hotel by cash or per girocard payment.

Bar & Cafe

An excellent buffet breakfast is awaiting you every morning from 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. in the Moin! Hotel. The price for adults is 12.00 € and 8.00 € for children at the age of 4 - 15, infants are free of charge. Starting 2:00 p.m. we are offering you on a daily basis a variety of coffee and tea specialities. In the evenings, you can chill out in front of the fireplace and enjoy a glass of good wine, a cool beer or one of our delicious cocktails.
